This policy explains what personal information OutsourcedCFOs.co.za ("we", "us", "this site") collects, why, and how it's handled, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you use the match form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your answers to our 4 qualifying questions (the type of support you need, roughly how big your business is, your timeline, and any provider preference)

We also use Google Analytics to understand general site usage (pages visited, how you found the site) — this does not identify you personally unless you also submit the match form.

Why we collect it

Solely to match you with a relevant, vetted outsourced CFO provider, and to let us (and, where relevant, the matched provider) follow up with you about that match. We don't use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.

Who we share it with

The details you submit are shared with the CFO provider(s) we match you with, so they can contact you directly. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside of that matching purpose.

Your submission is processed through our automation provider (Spinnerak, an n8n-based workflow platform) and stored so we can track and follow up on matches.

How long we keep it

We keep match submissions for as long as reasonably needed to complete the matching process and follow up, and no longer than necessary after that. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent to further processing
• Lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator if you believe your information has been mishandled
